Thank You Mike Phillips

Recently, my old friend (and master sax-player) Mike Phillips stopped by to bless my Starbucks family (and community of jazz lovers) here in Conyers, Ga. To whatever degree, this crowd of admirers has attached to me, from entrepreneurs, local government officials and other residents. I’ve become “the Connector” that is talked about in “The Tipping Point.” I’ve earned important relationships, such as Dale Carnegie explains in “How to Win Friends & Influence People.” And bigger than all that, I have become resourceful with my skills, my associations and my time.
