Tonight, I am The Gormet Author!


This is a dish I like to indulge in. Sometimes I’ll have the ground turkey with rice and veggies; other times its with pasta. Tonight, I’ll enjoy the pasta, ground turkey & broccoli. I love eating right and taking time out to cook it right and stomach it right! Afterall, if you’re gonna take the time to cook it, may as well take time to enjoy it!


  • 1 bunch broccoli (tough ends removed, quartered)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tomato (ripe, diced)
  • Tablespoon garlic (from the jar! In case you ain’t got time for dicing!)
  • 1/2 lb ground turkey (don’t overcook it, slightly brown)
  • 1/2 cup fresh onions, peppers
  • I glass white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp herbs de provence (or you can use your favorite herbs)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (gives it a little kick)
  • 8 ozs angel hair pasta (high fiber or low carb)
